Welcome to Villa Salverde, your home away from home on the beautiful Silvercoast. Villa Salverde is our second home. The house, and the nature around it, is so beautiful that we love to share it with likeminded people. If you love nature, culture, watersports, hiking, beach, golf or just relaxing by the pool, Villa Salverde and the Obidos lagoon is the perfect place for your getaway.
Villa Salverde is situated in Bairo Poco Pequeno on a walking distance of the small hamlet Bom Sucesso, just 50m to the lagoon. The house is comfortly equipped for 8 persons, has a pool, a garden with lots of privacy and a outdoor BBQ patio. This vacation house is a hidden gem! Perfectly blending the comfort of a modern vacation house with stunning environmental beauty of beach and lagoon. Impeccably maintained and tastefully decorated. A haven for relaxation. Highly recommend for a rejuvenating getaway!
Heerlijk huis met voldoende ruimte, een heel fijn zwembad en op een paar minuten lopen van de lagoon om te surfen, suppen of kiten. Heerlijke barbecues gehad ‘s avonds. Hele rustige omgeving, maar ook gemakkelijk even te fietsen of lopen naar het dorp of leuke strandtent als je wat meer gezelligheid zoekt. Wij komen graag nog een keer terug! ❤️💛💚

Vila Salverde is roughly a 60 minute drive away from Lisbon Airport. Take the A8 (Auto-estrada do Oeste/Motorway of the West) and take exit 13 (A da Gorda) or exit 15 (Obidos) towards Vau and Bom Sucesso.
Practical
The is a small grocery store in Bom Sucesso, for larges groceries and hypermarkets visit Obidos or Caldas da Rainha.
Hospitals and pharmacies are located in Vau, Obidos and Caldas da Rainha including private clinics which usually provide excellence and quick service.
Climate
The Silvercoast has an Atlantic climate. While Portugal is in Southern Europe and the sun can be intense, the influence of the ocean ensures the days rarely exceed 30c and the nights tend to cool down to below 18c also in summer.
Hiking & Mountainbiking

Cycle or walk the lagoon’s peaceful perimeter where pink flamingos wade in shallow waters alongside herons and other migratory birds, creating a photographer’s paradise. For more dramatic vistas, follow clifftop paths that reveal breathtaking ocean panoramas, hidden coves, and rugged coastal formations—perfect for sunset strolls or invigorating mountain bike adventures through pine forests and dunes. Mountainbikes can usually be rented in advance close to the Vila.

There a lot of places where Surf, Kite, Wingfoil, Sailing and Windsurf lessons can be taken in the neighborhood, the same goes for equipment rentals.
